| Our procedures for handling your watch are simple. We are happy to accept delivery of your timepiece at either our Maidstone offices: |

We would ask you to complete our 'on-line' contact form which will provide us with your watch particulars, it's general history and a description of the servicing work you require.
Once the work on your watch has been completed, your watch will be available for collection at either of our offices. Alternatively, we will be happy to return it to you via the Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service. Your watch would be handled through a secure network which is separate from the regular post. The progress of this delivery is monitored at every stage via a bar-code tracking system. Accordingly, we can guarantee that your item will arrive by 12 noon on the next working day.
All our deliveries are insured against loss or damage, up to a value of £2500. If however, your watch is worth more than this, please inform us on your 'specification form' and we will be happy to increase the cover up to a maximum of £10000. |
FOR ALL AGREED SERVICING WORKS, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE QUOTED.
Please note, however, that if our estimate for the work is deemed unacceptable, there will be a £10 shipping charge for your item. Alternatively, we would request that you are responsible for collecting your watch from either of our offices.
