Servicing Procedures
Our Procedures for the service & repair of your watch are outlined below. If, however you have any questions, or wish to discuss the procedure with anyone, please feel free to contact us by e-mail or telephone.


1.    Having received your timepiece, (and your 'Watch Specification Form') we will immediately confirm, via e-mail, whether the quotation for the service and / or repair is in agreement with the original estimation, (as detailed within the website).
2.    On your acceptance of the quote and your confirmation to proceed we will undertake all works as requested.
3.    We will endeavour to complete the works within eight working days of your approval to proceed, (this excludes the four day test period wherever applicable). On completion we will request payment, and provide a picture of your 'serviced' timepiece if required.
4.    On receipt of payment we will return your timepiece within 24 hours via a guaranteed, insured delivery service.

5.    We will also issue your receipt for the work and your 1-year service warranty.
